The program will consist of:

 

10:00am                                          Meet and Greet at the Acacia Reflection Room (see map included)

 

10:10am                                          Two groups to be formed and escorted to:

 

•   Digging confined spaces presentation

•   Burial process with relation to the legislation and addressing small cemetery burial issues

•   Crematoria Tour including ACA’s new cremator machine

•   Wirra Wonga tour (time permitting)

 

12noon - 1:00pm                          Lunch break at Acacia Reflection Room

1:00pm – 1:30pm                         AGM including adoption of CCASA’s Constitution and Financials

                                                     (refer to attached Notice of Meeting)

1:30pm – 2:00pm                          Reinforcing Obligations Presentation prepared by Robert Pitt

The purpose of the AGM is to formally adopt CCASA’s new Incorporated Association Rules (known as Constitution) together with the 2020/2021 Financial Statements.
